Registration for the Free Spectacles ProgrammeNOTICE TO STUDENTS
Students of the Faculty who experience economic difficulties and require spectacles are requested to complete the Google Form below to register for the free spectacles programme organized through the President’s Fund.
The programme is scheduled to be held on 14 November 2026. Eligible students may undergo a free eye examination and receive spectacles, subject to the programme’s selection criteria and availability.
Purpose of Data Collection:
The information will be used to identify students in need of spectacles, assess their requirements, and coordinate eye examinations and the provision of spectacles.
Data Sharing:
The collected information will be handled by the Dean’s Office, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Jaffna, and may be shared with the relevant programme organizers, including the President’s Fund and its authorized representatives, for eligibility assessment and programme coordination.
