Students are hereby informed that the Application for Renewal of Registration is now available through the MaCoSys Web Application. Please follow the instructions below carefully.
- Access the MaCoSys System : (MaCoSys Link)
Visit the MaCoSys Web Application and log in using your student credentials. - Complete the Renewal Application
Fill in all required details accurately in the online application form. Pay the Renewal Fee: Card Payment / QR Payment / Online Bank Transfer/Counter Payment (People’s Bank)
- Payee Student Code – (First 8 Digits): Check your MyUoJ Portal ((Instructions Link))
- Payment Code – (Next 8 Digits) : 01800481
- Payment Amount (Rs.): 150
- Upload the Payment Slip
Scan/take a clear photo of the deposit slip/online payment receipt and upload it to the MaCoSys application. Submit the Online Application
Ensure that the application is submitted successfully through the system on or before May 18, 2026 – 11:59 PM- Download and Print the Submitted Application
After submission, download and print the completed application form. Submit Hard Copies to the Faculty Office
Submit the following documents to the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce:- Printed submitted renewal application form
- Original bank deposit slip / online payment receipt
These documents must also be submitted on or before the deadline.
- Students with Approved Postponement
Students who have obtained prior approval from the Faculty Board and Senate for postponement of studies for this academic year must attach a copy of the approval letter along with the application.
