Applications are invited from eligible students and permanent staff of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce (FMSC) to participate in the ERASMUS+ KA171 International Credit Mobility Programme with our partner institution, the University of Dubrovnik, Croatia.
The call for applications will remain open until 09 March 2026 for staff mobility and 31 March 2026 for student mobility. Interested applicants are requested to submit the duly completed application form to the Senior Assistant Registrar (SAR), Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, on or before the closing date.
Mobility Periods
Staff Mobility
The duration of staff mobility shall range from 5 to 14 days
Closing date: 09 March 2026
Receives: A per diem of EUR 148 per day, plus a travel lump sum of EUR 1,188.
Student Mobility
The duration of student mobility shall range from 4 to 12 months, in accordance with ERASMUS+ KA171 regulations.
Closing date: 31 March 2026
Receives: A monthly scholarship of EUR 800, plus a travel lump sum of EUR 1,188. An additional top-up of EUR 250 per month will be provided only to students who fall under one of the “Students with fewer opportunities” categories.

Applications are open only to permanent members of the academic staff attached to the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce. - Student Mobility
Applications are open to final-year undergraduate students (2021 BAD/BCom Batch) of the Faculty who have not yet graduated at the time of application.

All expenses related to the mobility programme will be borne by the University of Dubrovnik, Croatia, under the ERASMUS+ KA171 Programme. The tentative period, including the exact months and dates of implementation, will be duly notified by the above-said university.
